The Catalog Request Extract allows users to download a list of catalog requests made within a specific timeframe. If multiple catalog types are offered, users can filter results by catalog type to ensure the right audience receives the right materials.

2. Customer Extract
Designed for precision-targeted marketing, the Customer Extract helps businesses segment customers based on various criteria. Whether for new product launches, reinstatement campaigns, or local in-store events, this extraction ensures marketing efforts reach the most relevant audience.

• Customer Segmentation – Filter by spending behavior, last order date, or original source codes.
• Geographic Targeting – Narrow down by states, countries, or zip code ranges.
• Mailing & Customer Status – Exclude customers who opted out or focus on active/recent buyers.
• Product Interest – Extract customers who previously purchased from a specific product category.

3. Marketing Data Extract
The Marketing Data Extract provides in-depth insights for marketing analysis. Users can extract customer data based on division and date range, generating multiple categorized files such as:

• Source Code Item to Promotions
• Do Not Mail Requests
• Ship-tos & Inquiries (Customers who requested a catalog but haven't placed an order)

4. Marketing Data Order Level File
For users who prefer a consolidated dataset, the Marketing Data Order Level File combines all extracted marketing data into a single, structured file. This provides a complete view of all orders and catalog requests within the specified timeframe and division—making it easier to analyze customer behavior at an order level.
